Super Vilitra is recommended to be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity, with a dosage of 1 tablet per use.

Although it is less affected by food intake, it is still advised to take it on an empty stomach when possible.

Additionally, a minimum interval of 24 hours should be observed before the next use.

Individuals Who Should Not Take Super Vilitra

・Patients with cardiovascular diseases (heart or vascular conditions)
・Those with severe liver dysfunction
・Individuals with low blood pressure
・Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure
・Those who have experienced cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months, etc.

Super Vilitra may cause the following side effects:

・Decreased blood pressure due to vasodilation
・Eye redness
・Facial flushing
・Palpitations
・Nasal congestion and other symptoms

Specific symptoms include:

・Visual abnormalities such as blue-tinted vision
・Blurred vision
・Persistent erection

If side effects persist, please consult a doctor promptly.

Generally, side effects will subside as the medication wears off.

Contraindications

Contraindicated drugs refer to medications that interact with Super Vilitra and are prohibited from concurrent use.

・Nitrates and nitric oxide donors
(Nitroglycerin, amyl nitrite, isosorbide mononitrate, etc.)
Concurrent use may enhance blood pressure-lowering effects.

・Amiodarone hydrochloride
(Cordarone tablets)
Concurrent use may exacerbate QT prolongation caused by amiodarone hydrochloride.

・CYP3A4 inhibitors
(Antifungal agents, HIV medications, telithromycin, nefazodone, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, nelfinavir, atazanavir, etc.)
May increase plasma concentration of this drug and prolong its half-life.

・Nirmatrelvir/ritonavir (Paxlovid)

・Ensitrelvir (Xocova)

Precautions

Precautionary drugs refer to medications requiring special attention when used with Super Vilitra.

・Grapefruit (including juice)
The furanocoumarin content inhibits metabolic enzyme activity, delaying drug breakdown.
May lead to excessive absorption of drug components, enhancing efficacy or side effects.

・Antihypertensive drugs
Since Super Vilitra itself has blood pressure-lowering effects, concurrent use may cause temporary dizziness, lightheadedness, or other hypotension symptoms.

・Keep out of reach of children.
