Optimal Timing

Primary Side Effects

Primary side effects include lowered blood pressure due to vasodilation, eye congestion, facial flushing, palpitations, nasal congestion, etc.

Special Symptoms

Possible unusual visual disturbances: such as viewing objects as if through blue-tinted glasses, difficulty distinguishing between blue and green colors, or other abnormal visual phenomena.

In most cases, these are temporary symptoms that require no concern. However, if significant vision deterioration occurs, there may be a risk of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

Additionally, if painful erection persists for more than 4 hours, there may be a condition called priapism (persistent erection).

If erection continues beyond 4 hours, seek immediate medical attention.

※What is non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)?
Ischemic optic neuropathy refers to dysfunction or necrosis of optic nerve cells due to interrupted blood supply. While the causal relationship remains unclear, studies suggest a weak correlation with ED medication use.

※What is priapism (persistent erection)?
Priapism, also known as persistent erection, is characterized by prolonged penile erection that cannot subside normally or with difficulty, alternatively called penile rigidity. Precautions Required

These medications require special caution when used concomitantly with Vitara.

・Grapefruit (including juice)
Contains furanocoumarins that inhibit metabolic enzymes, potentially delaying drug breakdown. May cause excessive drug absorption, enhancing therapeutic effects or side effects.

・Antihypertensive drugs
As Vitara has hypotensive effects, concurrent use may lead to temporary dizziness, lightheadedness, or other hypotension symptoms.

・Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

・Keep out of reach of children.

・Do not transfer the product to another container to prevent accidental ingestion or deterioration.

・For single-dose packages requiring multiple uses, minimize exposure to air for the remaining portion and consume within 2 days.
