Directions for Use

Administration Method

The correct way to take Penegra is on an empty stomach, 1 hour before sexual activity.
After the first dose, the next dose should be taken at least 24 hours later.
Penegra provided by our site comes in two dosages: 50mg and 100mg. The 50mg/100mg tablets can be split using a pill cutter for half-dose administration.
The maximum dosage per sexual encounter is 50mg.
For first-time users of sildenafil (the active ingredient in Penegra), it is recommended to start with 25mg.

Food Effects

It is advised to remain fasting for 2 hours before taking the medication.
Note: Consuming high-fat meals before taking the medication may reduce its effectiveness.

Alcohol Effects

• Antihypertensive drugs: Penegra has blood pressure-lowering effects; combining with antihypertensives may cause temporary dizziness or other hypotensive symptoms.
