I've been buying it for over a year now.
Although it can only be taken before meals,
I think it's extremely effective because I can maintain an erection until the end, even though I get easily flaccid when I'm nervous.

This is just my personal opinion, but the effect depends on your physical condition. Sometimes I get an erection, and sometimes I don't. In any case, food and alcohol are a no-no. Be careful.

The effect is superb.
It was already at its hardest during the shower before sex, and continued even after sex, allowing me to go for a second round.
Next time I tried half a tablet, but got the same effect. I think one tablet is too much, and half a tablet is enough.

Split it in half and use it. It doesn't really work right after a meal. It worked great for an hour after a meal. It felt like it was working at full strength for about 12 hours. It's super hard and bigger than usual.
I think it's a very good medicine as long as you don't miss the timing of taking it.

It arrived about 10 days after I ordered it. I took 50mg before sex, but I was so busy that I couldn't take it an hour before, so I was worried about the effectiveness. Still, 30 minutes after taking it, I felt it starting to work on my lower body, and I was fully erect when I was taking a shower with my partner. My stamina also improved, so I was able to enjoy it for the first time in a long time. I did experience some side effects after sex, such as a runny nose and a slight headache, but I think these were minor issues compared to the great effect. Next time, I'll try cutting it in half and using the equivalent of 25mg to see if it works.

I ordered 4 tablets, but it arrived in about 10 days. I tried one tablet (100 mg) immediately and it was very effective. I enjoyed it with my wife for the first time in years. When I run out again, I would like to order 20 tablets. It was good.
