I bought Sperman, which is said to increase sperm count, at my wife's request, because we are currently trying to conceive. Since it is a supplement, I thought it would not have any immediate effect, but after about two weeks, I started having morning erections like I did when I was younger. I continued taking it, thinking that this might be promising, and now, around the third month, the sperm count has clearly increased and I can feel the effect. I will do my best to help my wife get pregnant.

I've been taking it for a few days.
I'm still not sure if it's working, but I've started to get symptoms like heartburn and stomach bloating.
They say there are no side effects, and although I can't really call it a side effect, it's still pretty unpleasant.
Especially when I take it in combination with Varif, I get extreme heartburn and bloating not only that night, but the next day too.
I'm fine with just Varif, so I'll stop taking Sperman.

I took two tablets a day for a month, but my erectile function remained the same as before, and my semen volume increased a little, but it didn't have any effect on me.

I have now taken all three.
At first, I felt an itchy sensation.
However, I didn't notice any significant effects like other people's reviews, such as an increase in sperm count or easier erections. Fortunately, I have not experienced any side effects so far. From now on, I will only purchase supplements that have a more direct effect, as I can get the necessary and sufficient effects from them.
So, Spaman was not effective for me.

I don't know about other people, but it didn't work for me. The tablets are large and difficult to swallow, and the smell is strong and it tastes bad. I won't be buying it again.

I didn't feel any immediate effect, but I feel like the amount I take has increased as I continue to take it.
However, I'm also taking maca at the same time, so I don't know which is the reason.
In the first place, it's not supposed to have an immediate effect, so I recommend continuing patiently.
